THE PRESERVE
Task: Design a series of roadway and sidewalk networks, and provide a grading, drainage, and utility plan for a multi-phased ,100-lot land development project, located on a severely steep granite hillside in Prescott, AZ.
Strategy: Drop Manholes.
DOBBERTEEN DRIVE ROAD AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
Task: Coordinate with various on-going construction projects and design a 1,500 ft long road and sidewalk improvement, including 9 pedestrian walkways on Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Prescott campus.
Strategy: Emphasize student safety and analyze student walking patterns.
YAVAPAI COLLEGE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
Task: Design a new 3,000 ft long, 8-inch water main on Yavapai College's Prescott campus to replace an existing ACP water main.
Strategy: Navigate a jungle of all unknown, found, and crossing utilities.
VALLEY STREET APARTMENTS
Task: Provide a grading, drainage, and utility plan for a multi-family 14-unit apartment complex located on a leveled site within a FEMA designated floodplain.
Strategy: Bioswale.
89 IN THE PINES APARTMENTS
Task: Provide a grading, drainage, and utility plan for a multi-family, high density, 36-unit apartment complex with parking located on a severely steep terrain.
Strategy: Walls.
SMALLS RESIDENCE
Task: Provide a grading, drainage, and utility plan for a Retiree's single story home and yard, located on a severely steep site and strict HOAMCO regulations.
Strategy: Collaborate with owners and home-designer for building layout alterations.
LINCOLN SPRINGS APARTMENTS
Task: Provide a grading, drainage, and utility plan for the addition of 5 recycled residences on a previously developed 1-acre lot.
Strategy: Detention Pond.
